Buckland Hall
Buckland Hall is set in the spectacular countryside of the Brecon Beacons National Park, surrounded by mountains with vistas along the Usk Valley. It is only 3 hours from central London by road or rail, 2 hours from Birmingham and 1 hour from Cardiff.
Buckland Hall is available for exclusive occupancy for all types of residential groups and offers. The extensive mansion facilities include a range of conference, activity and social rooms to suit all needs. These rooms are exceptionally large with windows looking out over the valley and are equally perfect for meetings, workshops and yoga sessions The Grand Lounge with its two massive log fires is the hub of the building where teas and coffees are always available.
Buckland Hall can accommodate up to 68 people in 29 delightful bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. But, as groups of up to 150 can be hosted in the beautiful Grand Lounge, many clients utilise the numerous local guest-houses to accommodate extra participants. For special celebrations, there is our luxurious Bridal Suite with its exotic four-poster bed and two-person whirlpool bath.
There are several conference rooms with the largest being for 80 people. Four rooms are licensed for weddings and civil partnerships.
To relax, there is a TV room, full-size snooker table and fitness equipment. A bar (with 24-hour licence) serving fresh juices or alcoholic beverages is available to your request. And, with over 60 acres of gardens, parkland and miles of country walks, you'll find plenty of space in which to roam and unwind. Some of the specimen trees in the arboretum are over 400 years old. The ornamental lake with its graceful swans is a particular haven of tranquillity.
