Chilford Hall Vineyard and Conference Centre is the largest dedicated events venue in Eastern England and provides a perfect setting for everything from corporate functions and conferences to weddings and wine tastings. The Vineyard and Winery play a leading role in the region and currently export to France, USA, Holland and Norway.

A highly professional team ensures that every aspect of your event is perfectly planned and prepared. From the catering team whose experience and skill will help you to plan the ideal menu for your guests, to the flower arrangements and room decorations to create the right atmosphere; every aspect of your function will be carefully crafted and co-ordinated.
All of its rooms are at ground level, giving easy access for loading an unloading; with full facilities for conferences, product launches, etc.
Their friendly staff deliver service second to none, ensuring that whatever the event, every care is taken to make it a success.At Chilford Hall, there are four separate areas which can accommodate parties of almost any size – from 20 to 1300 people.
The Pavilion
The Pavilion is the largest space available in East Anglia and lends itself to exhibitions, product launches, large parties and formal dinners, or larger gatherings such as Annual General Meetings where large numbers may be expected.

The Great Hall
The Great Hall is a very attractive room with exhibition lighting. It can have a cosy and intimate feeling despite having the space to seat up to 250 people theatre style.

The Gallery Hall

The Linton Hall
The Linton Hall dates back to the 18th century and boast many attractive timber features. The smallest room at Chilford Hall, it has its own separate access making it ideal for all types of smaller gatherings.

Chilford Hall is the ideal venue to help you meet your corporate objectives. Its clients return time and again because of the unique personal service delivered. You even have your own Event Manager who will work with you from the initial planning stage to being on hand on the day itself; ensuring that everything runs smoothly and to your satisfaction.
It is easy to find from main link roads. It is well sign-posted and has car parking for up to 1300 cars.
Idyllically situated, fifteen minutes from Cambridge, Chilford Hall is East Anglia's most impressive and versatile conference and banqueting centre.
Its four separate areas can accommodate parties from 20 to 1,300 people, and the traditional atmosphere belies the full range of conference and presentation facilities available.
Exhibitions
The Pavilion is the largest exhibition space in the Eastern region. Along with the Great Hall, it has load-bearing floors which mean that you can bring anything into the room. Access is no problem, either as the large doors at ground level mean that you can drive into the room making set-up faster and with less risk of damaging equipment or sets.
Chilford Hall plays host to a wide variety of exhibitions throughout the year. Some public, some trade, but all enjoy a high level of attendance. Visitors find the excellent sign-posting and ample car parking make for a pleasant day out away from the usual stresses and strains of travelling to a show.
The Vineleaf Café & Restaurant is open every day, seven days per week, from March to 23rd December, providing good value delicious meals and snacks. Separate provision for catering is also available to ensure that your exhibitors and visitors have an enjoyable time at your exhibition at Chilford Hall.

Weddings

Licensed to perform Wedding Ceremonies, Chilford Hall can provide the complete wedding service and superb banqueting facilities. No matter how formal or informal, we can cater for any style of wedding including traditional white weddings, Jewish weddings, Indian or Greek.
Chilford Hall is also the setting for a whole host of social events, with organisers returning year after year to entertain their guests assured of Chilford Hall's hospitality becoming their own.
Team Building and Outdoor Events
The 12-acre field at Chilford Hall is ideal for outward bound courses. Working with specialist activity companies, it can put on a wide range of exercises from paint balling and Quad biking to obstacle courses and archery.
