Budget Management
Whether large or small, we endeavour to ensure that your event falls within your budget. We provide complete cost breakdowns for all aspects of your event so you can clearly see how much each aspect costs, and then where necessary we can reduce or remove items to better suit your needs.
Catering & Beverages
Catering can often be a very expensive aspect of an event, usually the biggest expenditure in fact. Many venues have in-house catering, but others outsource to give you a choice of companies to use. We also have our own preferred caterers so we can help you find the perfect caterer to create the perfect menu, and the perfect wine or cocktail list to complement and still keep within your budget!
Decoration & Theming
Whether you are starting from a blank canvas space or wish to add to the atmosphere of your chosen venue, we offer a complete venue decoration and theming service, from simple table decorations to elaborate draping and prop hire.

Delegate Registration
For any size event we offer a registration service for all delegates which leaves our clients free to speak to their guests and deal with any other aspects of their function they need to. Our staff will man registration desks or guest lists and check off names as people arrive also issuing delegate badges where required (see above).
Delegate Badge Service
Whether a member of our team is attending your event to provide delegate registration or not, we offer a delegate badge service where we take your delegate lists and create name badges for all those attending your function. These can be printed in black and white or in colour and we can include a logo or other design if required.
Entertainment
No party is complete without some form of entertainment, whether it be musical, theatrical, interactive or otherwise! Our entertainment database contains all manner of different options for entertainment and can be matched to the theme of your event. From string quartets to 19-piece bands, from magicians to minstrels and caricaturists to contortionists, we have something for everyone.
Event Evaluation & Feedback
It is important to evaluate your event once it is over and we always seek feedback from our clients on how they think their event went, how good our services were and those of our entertainers, technicians etc.
We can also create evaluation forms for your guests to complete on the event itself, which we collate and report back to you on so you know what your guests thought!
Event Management

Invitation Design, Distribution and Response Capture
Our design service includes creating your invitations for you (based on your design if you have one) which will then be sent to our printers and once printed can be distributed by us or sent on to you for distribution.
Where we are responsible for distributing your invitations and collating RSVPs we set up a dedicated email address for your event and send regular update lists to you on the status of your responses and delegate numbers.
Logistics
From AV and staging, to sound and lighting, we can offer complete packages or separates depending on your requirements. Our technicians will set up everything you need and stay throughout your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
On-Site Event Management
Not only will we plan and manage your event but if you would like us to be there, we will attend on the day or night to ensure everything runs smoothly and that you are free to relax and enjoy the event with your colleagues, friends or clients. We realise that on-site management is not always necessary or sometimes practical for all events, but we are always happy to be on-site if our clients would like us there and so leave the decision to you. Of course if we are setting up or theming your event we will be there regardless!
Payment Services
A useful tool! Our clients use our payment service to provide dedicated booking lines for their delegates purchasing tickets for events, for example charity functions or seminars and conferences. We can accept many forms of payment for events, including credit and debit cards, cheques and bank transfers.
Proposal Production
Soon after making an enquiry with Jelly and Custard you will receive an email confirming your requirements, and a full event proposal will follow shortly after, detailing venues, pricing, availability, entertainment options and more.
Travel Services
All travel needs are covered, from booking tickets for air, rail, or sea to booking the more unusual modes of transport such as helicopter transfers for VIPs. We can also offer chauffeur services, plane charters and coach hire.
Venue Finding
Securing the perfect venue is a large part of creating the perfect event. As well as our favourite venues promoted on our Venues page, we also have access to a database of 1,000’s of venues throughout the UK and further afield into Europe and beyond.
