Escape the commotion of the city and stroll down to the river to experience an unforgettable and fabulous summers evening.

Set sail from Savoy pier onboard the ultra luxe Silver Sturgeon, with guests sipping Pimm’s, taking in the views and watching the long evening shadows dance across the city.

Char-grilled rib eye of beef, hand-carved and served with wild rocket, reggiano curls and a lemon and black pepper dressing


Pad Thai


Stir fried noodles with a choice of beef, chicken, prawns or Asian vegetables, roasted peanuts and bean sprouts


Risotto


Wild Mushroom risotto with porcini truffle cream sauce


Sausages and mash


Cumberland sausages with mustard mash and onion jus


Cod and parsley sauce


Fillet of cod with creamed potato and parsley sauce


Green curry


Thai green curry with your choice of duck or Asian vegetables served with steamed aromatic rice


Peat Smoked Salmon


With new potatoes, baby spinach and lemon beurre blanc


Caesar salad


Caesar salad with crisp little gem, croutons, parmesan shavings, creamy anchovy mousseline and crispy prosciutto
(This can also be served with char-grilled chicken)


Nicoise


Confit of tuna, fine green beans, new potatoes, vine cherry tomatoes, black olives, quail’s eggs and lemon thyme aioli


Bang Bang chicken


With crisp Asian vegetables, oriental leaves and a creamy coconut and crunchy peanut dressing


Insalata Caprese


Buffalo mozzarella with red and yellow tomatoes, fresh basil, rocket and an aubergine wafer


Chermoula roasted vegetables


A Moroccan style salad with roasted red and yellow peppers, autumn squash, aubergines, courgettes and baby onions, yoghurt and harissa dressing and flatbread

Sticky toffee pudding with caramel anglaise and vanilla bean ice cream

Roasted autumn fruits: Pears, figs and plums in a spiced vanilla syrup with a whiskey anglaise

Muscat poached winter fruit compote with panna cotta and a honey sable

Compote of caramelised rhubarb, creamy rice pudding brûlée and gingerbread ice cream
