As summer is fast approaching, it’s time to make the most of the weather and the great outdoors! Summer parties are the perfect opportunity to give a little back to your staff, clients, families, supporters or anyone you think needs a little treat.

From mid June to early August, a contemporary marquee facility will be installed within the gardens of The Royal Hospital, Chelsea, the home of the Chelsea Flower Show.

The marquee will be situated within the secluded Middle Lawn of Ranelagh Gardens.

This private garden in the heart of London is a delightful setting and combined with delicious food and drink will create an event to remember.

As your guests arrive, they will be greeted with a sparkling wine and Pimm’s reception. The venue has its own private garden so your guests can relax in the summer sun or perhaps you would like to put on some entertainment to complete the experience?

At the call for dinner, guests will move through to the impressive dining area to enjoy a delicious meal from the award-winning caterers, create. Smartly dressed tables with stylish table centres and atmospheric lighting enhance the mood for your evening ahead.

After dinner it’s time to party. The lights go down, the music kicks in and your guests dance the night away. To the disco!!

To Start

Traditional smoked Scottish salmon on a caper and ricotta fritter, wild rocket salad with a horseradish dressing
Carpaccio of English beef rolled in fresh herbs with a fennel and mustard seed salad and a sweet mustard dressing
Individual wild mushroom and tallegio tart with summer leaves and a red pepper dressing with toasted pine nuts and chives (v)

To Follow

Thyme and honey glazed confit of duck on soft thyme polenta with pousse, new season French beans and a warm haricot bean dressing
Serrano ham wrapped breast of corn fed chicken on pecorino mash with sprouting broccoli, capers and olives
Risotto primavera topped with English asparagus, French beans and freshly grated parmesan (v)

To Finish

White chocolate and maple syrup cheesecake with a dark chocolate cream and macadamia nut ice cream
