Book your seat now for a stylish and elegant black- tie evening in the magnificent Dragon Suite. You will start with a glass of bubbly as you are welcomed to the Paramount Angel Hotel. You’ll then enjoy a gourmet six-course feast whilst being entertained by some light music. After dinner, the DJ takes to the stage with a repetoire of tunes from across the decades. Show off your salsa moves, a more sedate foxtrot perhaps or tap your feet when the tempo is increased to see in 2008.
