Scalford Hall is a picturesque Edwardian Country Mansion set in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. Its history includes time as a weekend hunting lodge for Major Mann Thomson and was then purchased post World War II by Colonel Colman (Founder of Colman’s Mustard). Colonel Colman shared a great friendship with the King of England and this was symbolised by the King’s gift of an ornate fireplace that remains in the Hall today.
If you’re looking to see in the New Year with a great party then join Scalford Hall for the New Year’s Eve Celebrations. Bedrooms will be available from 3pm, so once you have checked in you can relax and unwind by enjoying a traditional afternoon tea served in the Lounge.The Party atmosphere starts with a glass of Champagne and Canapés in the Bar at 7.15pm until 7.45pm before being escorted through for a set five course Dinner.
After Dinner, dance the night away with live entertainment and a DJ to ring in the New Year. At midnight welcome in the New Year, then party into the early hours of 2009.
