Heathcotes at Chester Racecourse will yet again be the number one venue in Chester to celebrate Christmas and welcome in the New Year – and for 2010 they have some sparkling ways to enjoy yourself!

The perfect way to celebrate – with a selection of unlimited bar drinks included all evening!

The all-inclusive party nights begin with a reception drink on arrival and include a delicious three-course choice menu followed by coffee and chocolates.

Entertainment includes a Magnificent live band and resident DJ – so you can dance until the early hours, charity casino and giant inflatable games.

Roast breast of Goosnargh turkey, cranberry and sage stuffing, butter roast potatoes, honey glazed local carrots and parsnips, creamed sprouts and roasting juices
Seared fillet of salmon, English watercress salad, oven dried tomatoes, crushed potatoes and tomato tapenade
Goats’ cheese and port wine onion tart, puy lentils, wild mushrooms and chestnuts (v)

To Finish

Traditional Christmas pudding, brandied apricots and rum sauce
Rich chocolate torte, mulled pear and vanilla cream
Selection of British Isles cheeses, celery and grapes, fruit chutney and biscuits

Minimum 8 guests per booking.

Additional Information

A deposit payment of £ 25.00 per person is due on confirmation of booking.

The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the event. In some instances, credit facilities may be available.

All of the prices are per person and include VAT.
