London Zoo, Outer Circle, Regent's Park, London - Exclusive Party

ZSL London Zoo is proud to present their ‘Wild & Wintery’ themed dinner dance! This chic and elegantly themed Christmas party kicks off with a glass of mulled wine at the fairy lit entrance. This will ‘warm your cockles’ as you are led to the first exciting part of the evening – Cocktails in an Animal House! Here guests can ‘break the ice’ in front of fun and unusual live exhibits and as if that’s not enough, one of the eager furry friends will arrive for a unique ‘meet & greet’ with their keeper, who will be happy to answer any questions.

Shortly after this, it will be time to sit down for meal service in one of the stylish dinning suites. These will all be themed with neutrally festive decor, featuring colourful lighting effects, traditional Christmas ornaments, beautifully created table centre pieces, and last but not least, lots of sparkles! From then the evening is yours, and the resident DJ will play you into the night…

Ballantine of corn fed chicken, red onion and orange marmalade and micro cress salad
Smoked duck, citrus melon salad and mirin dressing
Marinated Orkney scallops, nicoise vegetable tian and gazpachio dressing
Sweet potato and pumpkin soup with crispy basil (v)

Roast Norfolk turkey, chateau potatoes and traditional accompaniments
Slow Braised shank of lamb, fondant potato, roast winter vegetables, parsnip crisp and rosemary jus
Pan seared breast of free range West Country chicken, wilted greens, carrot and bean puree and crushed new potatoes
Baked pave of Scottish salmon, potato gnocchi and baby goats cheese with a warm fine bean and garlic salad
Poached smoked haddock, onion puree, buttered kale and pumpkin confit Spiced vegetable stuffed aubergine with baby courgettes and tomato tortilla crisp (v)
Spinach and ricotta moussaka, roast vegetable tian and tomato coulis (v)
