As the evening begins you will be welcomed by the great and good of the animal kingdom recalling tales of old and dazzling with their array of talents. Deep in the heart of the woods you take your seat and set upon a journey filled with magic and excitement that you hope will never end.

To Start

Dill marinated Scottish salmon served with a pickled potato salad and Dijon mustard vinaigrette.
Cauliflower and cannellini bean veloute, chestnut butter served with a parsnip julienne. (V)
Brandy and port pate served with apple chutney and an individual mini loaf.
Goat’s cheese and yoghurt terrine, pineapple and caramalised root vegetables wrapped in Parma ham and served with a pumpkin seed salad. (Can be served without Parma Ham)

To Follow

Chicken Jambonette stuffed with pancetta and thyme served with saffron potato, buttered brussel tops, curly kale and rosemary jus.
Steak and Guinness pie topped with mashed potatoes and served with caramalised root vegetables.
Slow braised lamb shank with crushed potatoes, a sauté of winter root vegetables & old port jus.
Basket of wood roasted artichokes and butternut squash, beetroot Dauphinoise and baby spinach. (V)

To Finish

Cappuccino and chocolate mousse served with Swiss carrot cake ice cream.
Steamed hazelnut and ginger pudding served with Clementine syrup and vanilla bean custard.
Caramalised lemon posset with raspberries, served with a biscuit cigar.
Peach and Almond slice served with Baileys and prune ice cream.
