The BIG Picture
A colourful and creative event where teams work together to produce a giant painting. Each team paints a section of the picture which is then put together to make an overall group masterpiece!
The painting can then be taken back to brighten up the office and act as a visual reminder of their achievements.
Working in small groups initially, teams are given blueprints of the piece of the painting they are going to reproduce.
They then need to “earn” their paint by completing a variety of puzzles and team challenges.
Once teams have earned the paints they need, things start to get colourful!
They must then work within their teams to correctly draw out the picture to scale on their canvases, mix the correct shades of colour and get painting.
Teams will want to be competitive but will have to collaborate if they are to match the correct scale and colours needed to make the painting look good as a whole.
When will they realize that the sooner they start working together, the more successful the end result will be?!
Teams can see the results of their hard work when the event concludes with the grand unveiling of their assembled masterpiece.
This is usually extremely impressive and the painting acts as a visual example of their achievements and the importance of working together as a team.
Location Options
The BIG Picture is held indoors and can be run at a wide variety of locations across the UK.
