Simple Corporate Cookery
Your guests will participate in a part interactive, part observation event. By the end of the 1-2 hour activity they will have the knowledge to prepare a simple but sumptuous main course and dessert. These meals are not only visually satisfying but also incredibly delicious! Please select one dish from each course to prepare:
Main Course
Japanese Salad
This recipe involves de-shelling pre-cooked Tiger Prawns mixed with diced boiled potatoes, cutting and preparing pineapple. The dish is accompanied with a mayonnaise and soy sauce dressing with a bean sprout garnish.
Classic Waldorf Salad
This lesson will include chopping and preparing celery, walnuts and mayonnaise and then adding mustard, lemon and apples to create a traditional dish.
Dessert
Mango Delight
Your guests will be taught how to de-stone and prepare a mango. This dish is accompanied with flavoured whipped cream and finished with fresh raspberries and coulis buttons.
Easy Cheesecake
Your guests will learn how to make a very simple delicious creamy cheesecake using mascarpone cheese, digestive biscuits, butter, ground nuts and cream. The dish will then be garnished with seasonal fruits.
