Operation Blackout

Operation Blackout

Operation Blackout has been designed and developed to provide teams with an innovative and upbeat team building activity that highlights the importance of working towards a common goal. With an emphasis on fun, teams set out to defeat the dastardly Dr. Evil by breaking open his secret safe and destroying his dangerous ‘Umbrella of Evil’...

Operation Blackout begins a week or two before the actual event when each participant receives an internet web link through to the Secret Agent’s web site. The information provided on the site sets the scene for the event and acts as an intriguing teaser into what lies ahead!

On the day, each team meets with their Lead Agent and collects their Mission Briefcase which provides their briefing for the event and other essential equipment.

During the course of the event, teams will undertake a range of activities which could include anything from neutralising acid swamps and diffusing dangerous radio-active tubes, to evacuating the team from a live minefield! Add to that the need for teams to find their way around using handheld satellite navigation devices and you begin to realise this is an event with a difference.

After completing a wide range of tasks, teams then realise that they will need to work together and share their resources if they are to defeat the dastardly Dr. Evil.

By sharing their resources and working together as one team, the group can complete the final challenge of breaking open Dr Evil’s safe and destroying the prototype of his ‘Umbrella of Evil’.

Operation Blackout is a unique and innovative event that can be run at a wide range of venues. What’s more, it’s a great deal of fun!
